Here is a little show and tell of a family photo we took last summer in Vermont at Cold Hollow Cider Mill. It was in front of a wonderful old truck. I took a bunch and then I traded the camera with Olivia and she took some as well. We’re just too shy to ask anyone else to shoot the picture for us.

I’m pretty versatile in Photoshop so it was easy to put the ensemble together. Despite shedding around 15 or more pounds since then (which I generally left alone) here it is.

We start with the photo. Olivia took the shot. Frankie is squinting too much.

Although he would not stop squinting, Frankie looked better here.

Carl had to go…I found a better, more smiley shot of him next to Olivia.

Carl didn’t have to get erased completely. Just enough for me to drop another version on top of this one. The truck door and window gave me more trouble than he did.

A happy family. My weight would have to come off the old fashioned way. This image of me helped me realize I had some work to do.
